Selected pork and especially developed Emmenthal cheese are being used for this tasty product. The meat emulsion is filled into casings, smoked and cooked. The wrapping bacon turns golden brown when barbecued or roasted and leads to a distinctive taste.

Lean pork and especially developed Emmenthal cheese are being used for this tasty product. The meat emulsion is filled into casings and smoked above beechwood. A savoury speciality, most suitable for barbecue or roasting.
